They didn’t have tuna, stating they were short staffed. When it came to veggies, I told to person no tomatoes, onions, and hot peppers. She was too interested in talking to her coworker that I had to stop her every step in the way for the said veggies. When it came to condiments and extras, I only mentioned parmesan, and she added a whole lot of pepper. I told her that I didn’t mention pepper. Ordered an Italian BMT. They didn’t have ham so the “sandwich artist” put baloney on it and said “it’s the same thing” Moving on to the veggies. All there was to choose from were pickles, lettuce and cucumbers. I asked for tomato, she put cucumbers on it and guess what she said. “It’s the same thing” Not going back to this location at Langara College.

I ordered a ham and egg flatbread for breakfast. The order took like 20 minutes to complete, and somehow the instructions sounded like I asked for double meat when I didn't. The flatbread was hard enough that it was basically cardboard, how is that even possible? I've ordered from subway for twenty years and it's never been this bad. Oh ya the two old ladies are also really rude as mentioned by others.

The servers can't speak English and can't make proper sandwiches, they put 1 egg on a footlong sandwich because she didn't want to take out more from the freezer
