First impression place looked clean but the two young ladies in charge need a hair net while handling food. We had several subs and I got the chicken salad wrap on the menu it doesn't say mayo and they don't even ask . She put lots of mayo mixed with the chicken that was awful. I didn't complaint but won't be back.
If you like your bread toasted don't visit this store in Lake Placid 5 out of 10 times that I've been there the oven has been broken....
I stopped to pickup an order my boyfriend called in after work.... knowing I should have told him to call Publix, but I figured maybe they got their act together after giving it an entire year. WRONG. It's even worse. The customer service is severely lacking, but I get it, people have their off days. So I get our sandwiches and head home. I open mine, and I get THIS. Really? I knew I wasn't going to get my money's worth to start with, but c'mon, those girls didnt even pretend to do the job they are paid to do.
