I’ve lived in Jacksonville for years and eat here all the time. They recently got new ownership and it’s went downhill. I literally just watched the man drop the cookie tongs on the floor and then USE THEM. never again.
Don't recommend this location. The food is not worth the money! Six slivers of turkey on a foot long sub. If you can't afford to put meat on a sub then don't have a sub shop in all honesty. You're paying $26 for bread. Go to the store and make your own for that with actual meat on the sub. Will not go back ever. Poor attitudes behind the counter.
Terrible customer service and quality of food. Communication between me and the two employees was very difficult. I like my subs with everything on them and they acted like it was a struggle to add anything extra . My sub was half the size I have gotten in the past at other locations and I always get the same thing each time. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Subway.
