Went here at 11:30 am about a week ago and was still closed. There was a guy sitting outside of store and he told me the person that opens did not show up. Wow unreal. Better off just closing this store all together.
Staff your store appropriately at high volume times. One worker is not sufficient.
Service was very rude and rushed, the worker looked like he hated working there and sighed every time someone walked in or placed an online order. Looked like his shift ended but was still working even though there were two other workers in the back that could’ve came up so he could leave. Very rushed with my food I felt like I couldn’t ask for any more than just a sandwich. The workers were rude. The sandwiches were asked to not be toasted, and the workers said no, you want it to be toasted and then toasted it. Now that I read some of these comments, I wish the service would have been elsewhere. I think some new workers are necessary!
Waited 20 minutes for them to open and we are here at the front door and it’s still not open. We’ve been out here for 5 minutes already.
