So my 98yr old mother wanted Subway. We went in things seemed pleasant the worker was curt but ok. I asked for one of the softest buns but she said they're all pretty old. So we got a protein wrap and a 6in special sub of the day. I myself ordered a steak & cheese. They didn't have the Italian herb and cheese bead she only had white and wheat! Awful customer service and it’s clear by the reviews. I called because I accidentally placed my mobile order at another location that was also on division st. I’m a mall employee and obviously couldn’t leave to go to yet another location on division. I did not know it was the wrong location until the other subway refused to make it for me. I’m thankful for the kind employee who did answer the phone and heard me out as the manager repeats in the background of the phone that they had already made the order over and over.

This place needs to be shut down! The employees are horrible the woman was throwing food down when making a sandwich. One was sneezing. The whole place was terrible the most disgusting place I've ever seen. The lines there are always so long. I've picked up for a customer one time and I waited 20 minnutes because she was making more bread all over the counter not in the back up front. There was plenty of bread done. I decided well I will try for myself and it was horrible it needs to be shut done!

My daughter ordered from the wrong place and when I went to pick up the sandwich hours later the two workers were very nice and made me a new sandwich even though it was our fault! Kudos to the guys working on Saturday afternoon!
