My daughter ordered from the wrong place and when I went to pick up the sandwich hours later the two workers were very nice and made me a new sandwich even though it was our fault! Kudos to the guys working on Saturday afternoon!

While waiting for my online order, the workers were arguing with each other about what still needed to be done before close. Another customer came in and the worker asked if they had an online pick up. When the customer said no,that he was placing an order, the worker sighed and seemed annoyed. The worker that made one of my sandwiches ran out of onions so he ran to the back yelling and slamming things. It was a very uncomfortable experience and my order wasn't even right. I did an on line order Sunday 12-21-25 at 09:45. Web site stated open at 9 am and it toom my order said ready at 9:45. Went there store locked up. Finally talked to employee who stated it was not their fault they open at 10 or sometimes 2030. Left 4 messages for manager to call me 3 days later still no call back. Wanting my money refunded to my card. Worst customer experience I've ever had
