dirty, bad coustemer service don’t recommend to anyone
Honestly I never expect much or above and beyond service but I rarely ever write a negative review either. I went to this location with a friend yesterday and was massively disappointed. I waited around 5-10 minutes which is no problem I understand. Staff talked amongst themselves about who’s closing and how “I won’t be staying late again” ect. I started to place my order. Bread left with the turkey on it..pushed aside for a takeout order.. Pushed again for another takeout order. Dropped empty pans from the line in the back area to where the one up at the counter hat to well and tell him not to put in her clean water.. How charged for extra lettuce, and they didn't even cut the foot long . Extremely disappointing.
The only thing more trash than the food is the person who made it. Horrible attitude and customer service. She acted like we were a burden just for her doing her job. She scowled and didn’t communicate to us at all. Asked for some extra sauce on the sandwich and she loaded it so much it was almost inedible. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else to eat in St. Cloud!
I wish I can give this place a 0 rating.. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. The website says the store closes at 11:00 PM, so I arrived a little after 10:00 PM expecting to order food. Instead, I was told they were already closed. If a business chooses to stop serving customers before the posted closing time, that information should be clearly communicated online and at the store.
