Always friendly and sandwiches are always spot on. Always clean.
Employees had a terrible attitude over making a pizza and then outwardly starting talking trash about us asking for pizzas because they had to walk 10 steps to the back to grab them. 0/10.
Politely called after picking up 2 sandwiches to see if we could get a refund or our sandwiches because the bread was doughy. Was simply told “there’s nothing we can do”. Tried contacting the manager for 2 days and was finally told “we never received any calls about your order and you should have brought them back”. Pretty ridiculous being called a liar. I’ve probably ordered from this subway a 100 times and the one time we ask to get it fixed, we get treated like that. We were being polite and it should have been fixed.
