I ordered two sandwiches from the Subway in Clarks Summit, PA — one of them was a cheesesteak, the other was a BLT, both were absolutely disgusting. The meat was ice cold and tasted/ looked raw, which made me question whether it was even safe to eat. I called the store immediately, and instead of taking accountability or offering a refund, the employee who made the food told me he “wasn’t allowed to refund it,” but he could remake the sandwiches. I haven't been to a subway in years but I'm sure I remember it being FRESH. Not so much here. The girl that made my sandwich had an attitude every time I asked her to add something she scoffed. The sandwiches were small and the veggies looked like they were out for days. I'm definitely going to a different subway.
