Lee and Megan were very helpful and patient. Did not rush us through and listened to us. I enjoy seeing people who still care about their jobs. Only Subway I will go to.
I was in their Monday night and Lee did an amazing job making my sandwiches. We got an order for 5 people and Lee was talking to all of us the whole time. Very friendly and can make some great conversations. He labeled all of our sandwiches so we didn't have to look at everyone's food.
Everything was fine, except for no napkins. I hate all places that dont include napkins by default. Especially saucy establishments.
Noah who made my food was very kind and respectful. The other worker was very nice as well when we were paying for our food
I had a very disappointing experience tonight, but I want to be clear that it wasn't the employee's fault. This poor girl was working a Saturday night rush entirely alone with a line out the door and delivery drivers waiting. She was so rattled and overwhelmed that she was visibly teary-eyed. Because she was spread so thin, our sandwiches were mixed up and poorly made, but I didn't have the heart to complain to someone already at their breaking point.
