Just went in and saw a rack of burnt bread. Walked in and a woman goes to the counter asking if anyone needs help and then immediately throws her hands up in the air with an attitude. My family and I turned around to order and she’s running her mouth to the employee about people not being ready to order. My family and I immediately left. Her attitude made us choose somewhere else.
The bread is never fresh. I just ordered and the bread is hard and flaky.
Tried to get something quick and easy for dinner, but was told we aren't allowed to customize our sandwiches and they have to come the way they're "supposed" to be made. I've never heard of such a thing for as long as I've been going to subways
