Great staff and great sandwiche.
I love Subway! I usually go to the Gratiot Rd restaurant in Saginaw but it's closed hopefully temporary. State st restaurant was a total let down. We ordered on line and picked up. First thing our sandwiches weren't wrapped completely, sandwiches were open on the end. The sandwiches...we're a total let down. Bread was dry, where's the meat? And I couldn't taste the meat or the dressing. The quality has really gone down. I hope the Gratiot rd restaurant opens up soon.
The staff is always so nice and friendly! They always make sure my order is correct and give me pickles on the side. Positive experience each time ordering
Wasted my entire 30 minute lunch break standing in line for one employee to keep piling up subs after adding the meat to them. Made the wrong sub for me. Then when I asked for a refund, he told me he was not able to do that and to leave my name and number. I used to come here and there was some good employees. Jimmy John’s is right down the road.
