EDITED/UPDATED May 2nd: My glowing review posted a few days ago had to be revised downward, I'm sorry to say, after today's pickup order. I requested spinach that was missing from the sandwich, when I got home to eat it. The multigrain bread seems a little crusty or dry on the outside. I called three times to ask if they were out of spinach and to comment on the dry bread, but all three calls timed out without being answered, and no voicemail option was offered - just a hang-up.
