EDITED/UPDATED May 2nd: My glowing review posted a few days ago had to be revised downward, I'm sorry to say, after today's pickup order. I requested spinach that was missing from the sandwich, when I got home to eat it. The multigrain bread seems a little crusty or dry on the outside. I called three times to ask if they were out of spinach and to comment on the dry bread, but all three calls timed out without being answered, and no voicemail option was offered - just a hang-up. I tried walking inside this place and placing an order a couple of weeks ago. There were only a few customers in the place, but it took about 30 minutes because they spent all their time doing online orders. I decided to try online ordering. They had plenty of time. When I stopped by to pick it up at the time stated, they hadn't even started it. It looks like they had only one person running the entire place. I won't go back!
Sage acted like it was a problem she had to stop doing what she was doing to help with our orders. Every question asked was answered with an attitude
I haven't been to a Subway in years. The menu has changed significantly. The young lady at the counter was so helpful. I believe her name was Nicole or Nikki, something like that. She was great. She really helped me get through your extensive menu. All the options were a little overwhelming but it's nice to have variety. I can't recommend enough that you stop in and see Nicole at the subway on Mount Rushmore road.
