I had a disappointing experience at this subway a few days ago. The staff member named isha who served me did not greet me properly and came across as quite rude. It felt like I was being a bother rather than a valued customer. It’s unfortunate because this kind of behaviour really set a negative tone for my entire day. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing.but the food was good , i would say that she needs to treat all the customers properly.
Every time I order food from here I get best customer service from their staff they are very polite and kind.
Yesterday we went to this store at night 9.45 pm ... The employee was not ready to give the offer in their app ... In other stores we usually get the offers when we buy offline too ... Initially she said she will give and then after sometime she was saying we can get offers only for online orders ... In app it was not allowing to order at that time ... We came to store with kids and left without buying ...
I’ve been to this Subway location before and usually enjoyed the food, so I was surprised by how disappointing my recent visit was. The bread used was stale and thus unusually chewy—almost rubbery—and made the sandwich hard to enjoy. What made it worse was the rude customer service. The staff seemed irritated and rushed almost messing up my order, which is not what I expected based on past visits. It’s frustrating to see the quality and attitude decline like this. Definitely recondering future visits.
Big chucks of chicken. All the veggies were frozen/soggy from thawing. Sandwich got soggy.
