The owner is very rude! He argues with customers. When you call and said yall have forgot the meat on my sandwich he said oh well my employees didn’t come to work. Instead of offering to correct the situation and remake the sandwich. He should not own a business
I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Amanda! She did an awesome job making my sandwich and really took her time to make sure everything was just right. She was friendly, patient, and made me feel welcomed the entire time. You can tell Amanda takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about giving customers great service. My sandwich came out perfect! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Amanda is there to make my sandwich again. Subway is lucky to have her. Keep up the amazing work, Amanda! 🥪
The toilet seat was falling off and the toilet was wobbling like it was going to fall over. Also there was no soap. For a place that keeps the restroom locked, you’d think it would be in great shape. I didn’t order food here. If a place doesn’t have soap in the bathroom, I’m out.
I frequently visit this location and normally receive excellent service from your regular staff. I am not typically a customer who leaves negative feedback, but the service my husband and I experienced on May 14, 2026, warrants a formal complaint. We were served by an employee we had not seen before, described as a Hispanic woman with a short ponytail. She was not wearing a visible name tag.
