I frequently visit this location and normally receive excellent service from your regular staff. I am not typically a customer who leaves negative feedback, but the service my husband and I experienced on May 14, 2026, warrants a formal complaint. We were served by an employee we had not seen before, described as a Hispanic woman with a short ponytail. She was not wearing a visible name tag. Door was locked at 8:40pm, said 9pm on the door and online.
Fantastic service, sandwiches made with precision, not sloppy and I haven't been to aSubways in a couple of years! I'll choose this one from now on!
Place was dirty, after sitting with my food while charging, I used the restroom (paid purchased required) there was one key but when I opened the door someone got in somehow so I walked into the restroom while someone was using it. Besides the awkward interaction the toilet was disgusting. They must only get business due to the Tesla charger vicinity.
