Lady there is so racist and rude to the customers, i was travelling through thier wanted to use the tesla just beside it and she started stocking me and following me as i entered the store she started asking if iam just charging and sitting there or came for food and right away keep on asking me what you want else i must leave , and charged me 8.99 for a 6 inch and haven’t even bothered what i want with that. The whole experience was awful. No communication and they were very rude for no reason. My sandwich was handed to the cashier and he touched it with his bare hands and wrapped it. After pointing out that I didn’t want that one he asked why “ well what do you want to do then?” I asked for it to be remade and the workers all had an attitude remaking it. It was very awkward and no communication.
Good customer service
The owner is very rude! He argues with customers. When you call and said yall have forgot the meat on my sandwich he said oh well my employees didn’t come to work. Instead of offering to correct the situation and remake the sandwich. He should not own a business
I had such a great experience at Subway thanks to Amanda! She did an awesome job making my sandwich and really took her time to make sure everything was just right. She was friendly, patient, and made me feel welcomed the entire time. You can tell Amanda takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about giving customers great service. My sandwich came out perfect! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Amanda is there to make my sandwich again. Subway is lucky to have her. Keep up the amazing work, Amanda! 🥪
