Went thru the drive thru clerk said drive to the window, I'll be with you when I can. I saw 3 patrons inside in line. After 20 minutes he came to the drive thru window but never even looked at me. After waiting 15 more minutes, I went inside to order, he had just served a family. They were not there when I first got there. Very rude and unprofessional. Also this is my 2nd mobile order and they had no avocado.
I guess that Subway drive to you have to wait for them to acknowledge the fact that you're there look into the window at him don't count
Horrible customer service don't bother trying to use the app. You'll have to wait in line. Same thing happened twice at the gun Barrel location. Don't think I'll be going to Subway around here again.
Got a BLT toasted the bacon wasn’t toasted enough asked for a little extra mayo when I got home and opened it the amount of mayo was ridiculous had to wipe it off my sandwich and it was still overwhelming. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting too long it was turning brown.
