Worst customer service ever! I went to this subway on the 27th of August, around 2:30 p.m and the girl working there was extremely rude. Always with a bad attitude, she first told me that the eftpos machine was not working and asked if I had cash. I said yes, but when I went to pay she got upset because she didn't have 20 dollars notes to give change; then she told me to pay by card. 🙄
Worst subway in Sydney
Disgusting service, we ordered a meal through Uber eats. They did not include the cookies and stuffed up our wrap that we ordered. We called them to organise the cookies to be delivered to us at least considering we paid for them and the lady was so rude and told us that we had to come and pick them up ourselves and was not apologetic at all. We then asked for compensation and she hung up the phone on us, we called again she answered and we told her that she was being very rude and she did not respond at all. Absolutely path... read more
