I stopped by this subway off baseline for the first time in years. I ordered the 6" deli faves. I wanted to order additional veggies or different sauce but was rudely declined from an old asian lady. I told her I was willing to pay for extra and she sighed with a blank stare. The sandwich had to be what was advertised. What happened to customizable sandwiches? Not the subway I remember. I will not be dining at subway again for a while.
Terrible customer service. As a business owner myself what I experienced at this location was beyond unacceptable. I placed an order through the app. I realized two minutes after the order was placed it was the wrong location as I had moved out of state. The man that I spoke to on the phone said there is nothing they could do about it. Shortly after said the owner won’t do anything about it either and there is nothing manager on site. We are regular Subway customers who migrate from state to state, town to town and different locations. And this location has become our favorite because of two individuals, Simon and Doniya, both great, kind, friendly and efficient employees who made our sandwiches and day, awesome. They both will be going places and doing top notch things. Thank you Simon and Doniya, you both are awesome!
