There was a new employee making sandwiches. His trainer, I didn’t get her name but she’s a short blonde lady, was extremely unprofessional and rude. She yelled at him every time he didn’t do something to her liking and also yelled at a customer who did not hear her the first time she asked if he wanted his sandwich toasted. She is the only reason for my bad review.
The food was decent as one would expect from a staple nationwide chain. The reason for the 5 stars? The excellent and hilarious service from the hardworking sandwich king behind the counter at this Limon Subway! I wish I knew his name, but to the management of this store: he was working about 2-3 pm or so, by himself, yesterday, Tuesday July 21st. The guy is fantastic and made the experience so enjoyable!
Horrible customers service experience, holly acted like every request on a simple sandwich was an inconvenience and refused to give us what we requested. Just move on to the next location
Went there tonight and was disappointed for a third time. This time they were on break, so no service. Apparently they don't have staff to cover breaks, so I left. The time before, I wasn't greeted, but just told that all they had was what was in the display case which wasn't much and it looked horrible, so I left. The time before that, one person was working a very long line and I didn't have the time to wait.
