The person running the cash register said my card didn't go though but it did. So they charged me 2 times. I ask for my money back and she told me to come back tomorrow. This is the first and last time I will ever go to subway in Plainview Tx. This place sucks
Do NOT go here. The manager was very nasty towards my dad when their card reader broke before he could pay for my family's meal. She refused to accept a check as payment and demanded cash. My dad teaches business management, so this incident will be used as an example for as long as he is a professor, and whenever the topic of terrible service crops up in conversation.
