Tried to give them one more try this week and they are still not caring and still making awful food. Bread, even after having the sandwich toasted, was so raw that it couldn't even hold the insides. Has turned into absolute garbage. Somehow a toasted sub is cold, bread undercooked, sandwich smashed to hell. Where did the old staff go?! Horrible service, it was a older lady who seemed like she did not speak English. She did ask what kind of bread I wanted I asked for the 5 Italian sub she gave me the Italian sub which when I tried to tell her she says d yeah I got it. I didn’t want to have to explain she was wrong I went along with it. At the end she didn’t cut my sub in half for the foot long I asked her to cut it and she just nod her head and continued to rapid. Very disrespectful manager, personally witnessed him berating a customer because apparently this manager had just been reported to corporate and he apparently assumed it was this person and was yelling at him in front of customers, absolutely no excuse for that type of neurotic behavior, I can absolutely understand why he had been reported to corporate.
