Three people were out on the floor and yet they had one worker making subs. The worker in training, Adam was doing their best to make subs but it took them 10 minutes to make 2 subs. Two people left the line when they saw how long it was taking. Recommend replacing Carmen as the trainer as she did not know when to step in and help the trainee, leading to excessive wait times for the customers.

I travel between North Carolina and Virginia frequently, and I always stop at the Subway inside the Love’s Travel Stop on I-85 Exit 15 in Virginia. I’ve eaten here many times, and this is the first time I’ve had such a disappointing experience. Today, my wife and I stopped for lunch. When we walked up to the counter, an employee told us to wait about 10 minutes before disappearing into the back. Lady working at subway ask what bread I wanted i told her I wanted Italian herb & cheese. She tells me the bread just came out of the oven and she is going home and she isn't going to cut it.She says it will be 30 minutes before the other lady can cut it. Does it really take 30 minutes for bread to cool? First off why did you ask to take my order if you were leaving and then tell me 30 minutes before the bread can be cut. Pure laziness is all I can say. I won't be stopping in at this subway again.

Doesn't look sanitary. I believe the serving counter has never been wiped down. There was food everywhere where the sandwiches were made. The female worker on the 8pm shift had a major attitude. Gave me a hard time about what I called the banana peppers (im literally pointing right at them) and I mispronounced the bread that I wanted. She has a bad customer service attitude. The food tasted good as usual.
