Kitty was awesome! If every subway had employees like her I would be a regular. She was very friendly, polite, and made a great sandwich. I only gave 2 stars for the atmosphere because the flies are rampant across the whole McDonald’s, subway, & loves as they’re all connected. Management needs to set out some fly traps or something, it can’t be that hard. But yea besides that, Kitty is a rockstar.

Bad customer service... She only put 4, slices of roast beef on my Sub & I didn't have time to argue with her. That's highway robbery right there

I bought an Italian footlong and requested that it be wrapped separately. The Subway employee, David White, told me they are not allowed to wrap sandwiches separately. I asked him to show me where it is written, as I believe that is not true, and requested that he speak to a manager. He responded that he is the manager. He then gave another reason, saying they did not have enough paper to wrap the sandwich separately, which did not appear to be the case, as there was plenty of paper available.
