I have been ordering off the app the past 3 times and each time my sandwiches were not toasted, which is fine for me. But today I ordered a sandwich for me and my friend. And her sandwich only had pepperoni on it as a meat option. She ordered the Italian BMT, which has salami and ham on it along with pepperoni. It was also not toasted. And when she went to go pick up the sandwiches, she told me the staff were very rude and dismissive to her, like they didn't care to be there. Ordered 11 sandwiches in the app for a family get together, ueds the app, worst mistake we could have made, apparently if your not standing over them they can't get the order right, my sandwich was missing lettuce tomatoes and onions and black olives, my wife's blt had bacon mayo and 1 lone slice of tomato on it, we will not make the same mistake again
