Every time I get food at this location they are slow and have an attitude. If I get a subway delivery from this location they skimp out on all the veggies and toppings.
The “Assistant manager” was one of the rudest fast food employees I have ever met. I have had better customer service from teenagers.
Service sucks, ordered a sub from the app my coupon switched me to Pahoa instead of making the sandwich in keeau after watching me sit there for 20 minutes the dead eyed lady just told me to reorder it and wait another 30 minutes… now I’m stuck in rush hour traffic and don’t even want the sandwiches, Will never go back. Do not come here if your in a hurry... Horrible staff at 6pm today 3/27/25... I turned around and walked out over to LNL where they had food ready to go, they ignored me at this Subway store for 5 mins despite there only being one other customer inside LOL.... Wont be back here anytime soon. This location is so lame its not even worth my time to go into full detail...
