really bad service . girl working there has no sense how to great customers the way she speaks with customers is like she doesn’t want to serve them . She has to understand we are paying and that’s why she is getting paid . Shift timing evening around 4;30 till close
Very rude staff. The girl that was making our sub kept cutting corners. When we asked for some changes like extra sauce, grilled sub, she kept sighing and giving me rude looks. We asked our two subs to be packed separately. She just threw the bag in front of us and walked away. Terrible customer service. Also, when i asked her name she said ‘i dont know’ and refused to hear me out. I think the management really needs to look into the staff they are hiring. I ordered footlong subway. Service was too bad .the girl who took my order was so rude. I said her to grill sub, initialy she ignored it and then she refused to grill and she was making excuses like she has to clean the mess if she grills it. I said her to refund the money she said there is no option of refund in their POS. I will never visit that place. Not recommended.
