I haven’t ate a sub from subway in Kingstree for some years now. Last night I had the best costumer service ever. They treated every customer that came in the store and they changed their gloves without a problem, that’s the kind of customer service I look forward to when I’m out in a public setting. Way to go kingstree subway .
I asked for a 6 inch tuna Italian herb and cheese. With the middle of bread pulled out. ( Ive been ordering this the exact way for years.). She says they are not supposed to do that per subway rules. I said I never heard that. That’s how I always get it. She says you want it or not. I was frustrated and said it doesn’t matter. First and last for any subway for.
Bad Service
In terms of subways this one is a very good choice to go to much better than the one in Lake City it is clean smells well and the service there is very good not to mention the quality of food is actually very good I would really recommend the outlaw as I love myself a Philly cheesesteak and the nacho sauce just adds another layer of deliciousness
Sernovia customer service was not good at all an she was treating the worker terrible she wouldn’t leave the cash register an kept yelling in the back while they were doing stuff an helping other people in the back sernovia is not a good manager at all and her customer service isn’t good at all she really should be fired idk why yall have this rude lady there but yeah
