This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The customer service was terrible. I had valid coupons and specifically ordered sandwiches that were included, yet when it came time to pay, they suddenly refused to honor them. The sandwiches I ordered were not listed as excluded on the coupon, but the staff still insisted I was wrong and gave me attitude instead of correcting their mistake. How can u be out of American cheese? Worse case go into Walmart u are attached to and get some....
Came in and all of the workers walked to the back. Some saw me but didn't try to take my order so I left. Very disappointed
Visited the store today. Veggies looked horrible like they had been out since yday. That old lady with them dry contact and old pixie cut wig is rude and has poor customer service. She needs training. The store looked a mess and need maintenance back by the drink machine. Sanitation needs to be a reinforced. Thanks
