I have never had a bad experience here. Sometimes it gets extremely busy but the quality never changes! The sandwich and all toppings are always fresh, it’s never an issue to grab a new container if the veggies are at the bottom or looking rough. They notice before any customer has to ask! To me that is GOLDEN STAR customer service and beyond appreciated! If you are in the area defiantly worth stopping by! 🫶
I placed an online order that was supposed to be done by 5:20pm. Upon my arrival my order wasn’t done and once it was done my toasted sub was no longer even warm. It was disgusting. I ordered subs for my three kids that live in VA. I forgot to change the store address and ordered from Gwinn. I immediately called within two minutes. I was told they were about start and they stop the order. She didn’t know to void the transaction and would need to call the manager. Checking acccount the next day and the order was prossesrd.
