I have had it!!!! I have ordered from here a lot and many times online makes grabbing lunch/dinner quick and easy (why we love it). On Friday the 28th I did an online order requesting my usual with request to please cut into 4ths (Due to possible choking hazard), I really need to have my subs cut this way. Unfortunately everytime I order online the order is wrong, as well as being cut incorrectly. Ordered deluxe(double meat) 12in sandwich with bacon. 5 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of bacon and it was not cut in half. Called the store and was basically told sorry nothing we can do for you, unless you want to bring it back in. $15 for a trash sandwich and trash customer service.
