The sandwiches that we ordered for lunch today we’re fantastic! All three team members were very attentive and patient as I navigated our multiple orders. The four star rating is because I thought they had a drive-through window which after reading other reviews may be an online order pick up window?? It’s not very well marked, but that would’ve been a great convenience for me today. Otherwise this is one of my new favorite places for a quick sandwich or meal.
Bread was toasted too long and not enough of any of the toppings I requested!
My sandwich tasted like old bread and not very fresh ingredients, not to mention how thin the sandwich was. I didn't feel at all like I got my money's worth.
Did not get the sandwiches I ordered. When I called to complain they would not give me a credit or refund my money. They told me If I bought the sandwiches back they would refund me. We only had a set time for lunch so we picked off yellow peppers and onions couldn't do much about too much mayo. And ate around unwanted stuff. I usually go to the Hanover Indiana store and will go there only. I placed an order online it was not ready at the specified time had to wait 10 minutes.
