Dave was awesome even tho we came in at closing he was friendly and didn't mind serving us.
Ordered on line, the extras were not on the 2 combos I ordered. No napkins, the chips were missing. Just a group of untrained kids in that store.
They messed up my online order but that's not such a big deal. The problem came when I tried to get it fixed. I paid for extras that I didn't receive, and the sandwich I got had things on it I didn't order. I was told there was nothing they could do about refunding me for the things I didn't receive unless I got back in my car and drive 45 minutes back to the store. The kid I talked to on the phone set me off when I told him it wasn't worth driving that far and his response was "cool".
