I had a really disappointing experience today. I ordered two Veggie Classic footlongs, and the sandwiches were made very poorly—everything was messy and falling apart. On top of that, the employee was quite rude and didn’t seem willing to answer my questions properly. It honestly felt like I was being treated as if I was getting the food for free rather than paying for it. Customer service and food quality both need serious improvement. Would not suggest going there.

Food was an absoloute tragedy. Ordered 4 x 6" subs. But the toppings would be the same as if they were a foot long per say. The lady workong behind the counter just did not understand. Cut the bread first, but didn't cut the meat. We never noticed until we sat down to eat and tried to lift a 6" portion, and it just pulled the toppings right out. Worst location in St johns till now. I ordered two subs one with bacon and egg and other with only egg for delivery but they send both without bacon and no buddy picked my call after that.
