HOLY. I MAY be biased, but I just had the shittiest day of my life, and I go here, and order a meatball marinara as usual. I already love it, it's delicious, but the GUY WHO MADE IT FREAKING SNOWED PARM ON IT, DROWNED IT IN MARINARA, AND FILLED IT TO THE BRIM WITH MEATBALLS. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Empoyees did not know the base ingredients of the sandwich and my order ended up being only the extras I ordered. I have been trying for approx. 2 years for this store to come around and its just not happening. I think that's going to be it for me. Management issue.
Every time we order our cheese is put on the bread instead of the meat, when it's toasted it makes the bread incredibly tough to eat. Please advise your employees on the correct assembly for the sandwiches as I know there is a protocol that is to be followed.
