The manager here is awesome… goes above and beyond to make your visit is pleasant… restaurant is always clean…
In a day and age when most restaurants are lacking in both cleanliness and customer service. This place is consistently a breath of fresh air. Always clean, always tidy and always the scent of fresh bread baking. The staff here are always happy to help and greet with a friendly welcome everytime I visit. I've stopped by similar places is Abq and am often disappointed by the lack of customer service. Anytime I stop by Edgewood subway morning or for lunch my sandwich and service meets or exceeds expectations.
If I could give them a 0 star review, I would. Today the manager, Victoria gave me the worst customer service experience I think I've ever had in my life. She was unexplainably rude and combative for literally no reason. I don't think I'm ever going back there again because of how she treated me today. When I asked her why she was talking crap about me while I was still in the restaurant to other customers she said I was rude and apparently that means she can treat me poorly. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. They were so busy with call-in orders that an in-person customer, face-to-face, got no service at all! Even waited patiently on them, they just continued on all the call-in orders. Never got helped! Nothing! Left and took my money and business elsewhere. Since they're doing so well monetarily, they don't need to help in-person customers, or take our money.
Obvious pride of ownership taken at this Subway location. Very clean and tidy. Kind staff. Respectfully assembled sandwich. Thank you!
