Absolutely amazing staff here they bust there ass to get ur sandwiches out and are very caring and generous if there was one thing I could complain about it would be the fact that the Edgewood community treats this subway so bad even though they are busting there balls most customers are rude and swearing at the employees if that's how u treat someone who is making a basic sandwich bc ur to lazy to make it at ur own home can't imagine how u treat friends or family... p.s love u guys at Edgewood sub💓😊
This is a quiet subway off the main road (rte 66). Their toaster wasn't working. The should have put up a sign instead of the employee sounding like a parrot. Atomsphere was one you in a fast food place boring
The manager here is awesome… goes above and beyond to make your visit is pleasant… restaurant is always clean…
In a day and age when most restaurants are lacking in both cleanliness and customer service. This place is consistently a breath of fresh air. Always clean, always tidy and always the scent of fresh bread baking. The staff here are always happy to help and greet with a friendly welcome everytime I visit. I've stopped by similar places is Abq and am often disappointed by the lack of customer service. Anytime I stop by Edgewood subway morning or for lunch my sandwich and service meets or exceeds expectations.
If I could give them a 0 star review, I would. Today the manager, Victoria gave me the worst customer service experience I think I've ever had in my life. She was unexplainably rude and combative for literally no reason. I don't think I'm ever going back there again because of how she treated me today. When I asked her why she was talking crap about me while I was still in the restaurant to other customers she said I was rude and apparently that means she can treat me poorly.
