Kyle and the manager are amazing they service was awsome and I never have any complaint about this store the only one we come to!!
For a VERY long time this Subway was far less than a shining example of what a Subway usually is. Then things improved dramatically. Don't know why. Maybe a new owner? With the onset of Subway App ordering things are back to being really bad. Customers at the store standing in line should be the priority but are forced to wait until the App orders are filled. The female staff member on the line working at 3p on May 1st has excellent customer service and did very well de escalating a customer that was upset, she was able to keep the conversation professional and offered extra help with the app to assist customer how to correctly order from the app. She was able to keep the customer happy as well. Appreciate her kindness and going the extra mile to help the elderly man.
Subway shop in Edgewood is overcharging every order. Here is a simple example. The daily special is advertised for $6.99. If you ask them the price then they say it is $7.59 with tax. That sounds correct. The problem is that when they ring up your daily special they ring up $7.59, then at the bottom of the receipt the normal sales tax is added.
