I placed an online order. They did not have ingredients to fulfill the order. The manager was not available for a refund. He wanted me to come back in to get a refund. I've attempted to call Subway Customer Service and calling the store directly and a month later I still have not been able to contact anyone nor has Subway emailed me from their "contact us" automated chat bot. Horrible customer service!!!
