I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I asked if I could purchase just a small side of turkey for my dog. Instead of accommodating such a simple, reasonable request, the employee insisted the only way was to charge me for an entire sandwich, which made no sense. What made the situation even more frustrating was the inconsistency — moments later, the same employee handed out free cookies to another customer without hesitation.
