The two people working today around 5:45pm were seriously the nicest and sweetest workers I’ve come across in a long time. They were smiley and helpful to us AND the customers before/after us. Made me so happy 🥺 thank you both!
Went here tonight to get food at 9:30p. There were 2 people standing up front and as I approached them they walked around the corner in the back. I stood there for a little then had to whistle to get their attention after they had already seen me. I was getting 2 footlong sandwiches one turkey with ham double meat and the other just ham. The ham sandwich they put only turkey on. The turkey with ham I asked to only toast a little to melt the cheese and they toasted it so the beard was hard. Super busy spot. Good food & a great sandwich artist. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dealt with an employee, I think named Dustin, he had a very rude attitude and tone of voice while serving me. He said numerous comments that were not acceptable. Overall, terrible customer service from this subway.
