Had to change the sub order 3 times before I picked a meat they had available! No soup was available either. This was at 6pm. If you’re wanting to come here I would pre call and make sure they have your choice of sub before wasting your time!!

They did not have me scan my rewards App. He told me the Buy 1 footlong, get 1 for $1 is only redeemable using points! I doubt they would honour paying with points if they don’t participate. I showed him it said MVP rewards, I have it on my App. Should I order online to get the deal?? It was clearly a no. Their payment machine asks for phone number or scan rewards. They close 20-30 min early everyday. They’ll sometimes keep the doors unlocked and open sign on, but still refuse you service when you come in past 9:30pm. Every night I’ve ever came here after 9:30 I’ve been refused service, or the doors have been locked. (Hours say open till 10) Bread is always stale even during the day, last couple times the tomatoes were moldy, staff aren’t that nice besides about one worker. Worst part is the early closes though especially if you drive in from another town!
