Always came to this location because they are always fresh, but I went this time doing a mobile order ahead of time. They claimed they never received the order and I showed them so much to prove I did even my own transaction on my bank account. They claimed there was nothing they can do and that my money would be refunded in one hour. This new Subway with a drive-thru is great! The building is super clean and looks brand new. The service was really fast, and the staff was friendly. I got my food quickly, and it was fresh and tasty. I also love that they stay open late—it’s perfect when you’re hungry at night. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I don't usually leave reviews unless it was particularly good or bad. Let me just say all the customer service I've had of all chains has been terrible since I moved here 4 months ago, except for this subway. I in fact stopped eating subway for years cause the quality went way down, but after having a spontaneous urge I decided to give it another shot.
