Would give zero if possible. Girl making sandwiches doesn’t even change her gloves between using the till / taking money and making peoples food . Would avoid this location at all costs .
After several years I give another chance to subway to ended up more disappointed that before. The girls on the counter definitely don't want to be there, terrible service.
They tried to tell me I can only have 3 veggies on my sandwich as they were making it. I should have had them throw it in the garbage and walked away at that point. but I sadly ate it. It was terrible. Never again.
Update (January 2026): You still have to press 3 buttons to not tip on your purchase. Please fix this. Original Review: I almost always have a quick bite here before flying out of Kelowna. The woman working behind the counter was very friendly. I am disappointed that you have to press 3 separate buttons now to choose the 'no tip' option. I paid $14.14 for a foot long veggie delivery and a soda. It is too expensive even by airport prices, and making it inconvenient to try and find the no tip option is absurd.
