Ordered a footlong sweet onion, and asked for 3 takeout containers of sweet onion sauce on the side so the sub wouldn't get soggy before I got home (they are tiny containers). Was told no. I told him I would happily pay for the sauce, and he still refused. won't be going back here again.

I came in and purchased two sandwiches—one for lunch and one for dinner. At checkout, I asked for the sauce on the side, but was told that the owner has removed the sauce cups and that they no longer offer sauce separately. I then asked if it could be put in a soup cup instead, but was told that it’s against policy. Since I work out of town, having sauce on both sandwiches right away means the second one ends up soggy by the time I eat it for supper.
