On multiple occasions, I found the customer service from two particular employees ( older male employee and the older female manager) to be extremely rude and unwelcoming. I visited this Subway today and placed an online order for a Power Bowl. I specifically requested few extra vegetables, but unfortunately, the quantity I received was much less than what I normally get from other Subway locations. The bowl was almost half empty. I also have a photo of the bowl before I started eating, which clearly shows the portion size. The Chinese guy i got very bad service from him
Went in to make an order but couldn’t even use the washroom and when inquiring where I could I was told to figure it out so I left without ordering and will not be going back
