Disgusting. Next to no clean tables, floor dirty, no toilet paper in the washroom. Watched the guy come out from behind the counter, thinking he might actually clean the tables not sure what he did, but he did not clean any tables went behind the counter. It’s not like It was busy in there. We were the only people in there one other couple walked in just when we were about to leave. Not impressed with the atmosphere.
If you’re flying in or out of Halifax and looking for a quick bite near the airport, this Subway location is a solid stop — especially if you’ve been running on empty like I was. It’s just a 2-minute drive from the Park ’n Fly lot where I left my car, which made it super convenient to swing by before hitting the road. Went in with a coupon to get a free cookie with my order, it’s right on my application, but he says I have to do the whole order online after he built my sandwich and was ready to charge me. Employee seemed as if he wanted to end his own life while working not sure why he felt the need to be so rude to the customers. At least the sandwich tasted good.
