Pros: place was clean. Not busy so received our food quickly. Now the cons: presented a valid coupon. Guy supposedly scanned and said it was expired even though it said it was valid. He would not accept it and charged us full price. Told him to keep coupon. Few minutes later he came over and said he was wrong and coupon was valid. Did not offer us our money back. Gave us our coupons back. Good scam.
Very disappointing experience at this Subway. The staff member’s behaviour was rude and unprofessional, and the food was not good either. The order was poorly prepared and did not meet the quality I expected from Subway. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

"I experienced an absolutely appalling and unacceptable incident at this Subway location. A male employee working the counter verbally assaulted customers, using extreme profanity, hostile bad language, and showing dangerously aggressive behavior.This went far beyond standard bad customer service. "I just experienced the absolute worst customer service of my life at this Subway location, specifically caused by an incredibly rude and unprofessional employee (Gurati).Not only was the service painfully slow, but his attitude was completely hostile.
