This place used to be good for a subway, it SUCKS now. They never do what you ask, you wanted toasted? Too bad, don't wanna do it. They are always closed an hour earlier then any posted time, everywhere says they are open till 10, including the sign right next to their door, nope closed at 9 religiously. Used to get lunch here every day for about 2 years and they were always great. Gave them a call tonight to ensure they were open until 10pm as although both their Google page and app both say they are, when I have placed an order at quarter to 9 prior it has been cancelled. The rude man who answered the phone quickly said "no" and then just hung up. I don't know what happened to this place and it's employees but they've gone to complete trash.
