What is the point of having Subway if they dont put enough salad on the sub? Stingy... Poorly trained team.

Ordered for delivery. They did not follow order requests and when we attempted multiple times to call to confirm these dietary requirements there was no answer so now I’ve wasted $40+ on food that can’t be eaten. Not hard to read an order. Especially when the receipt on the order bag has it written in capital letters! Not to mention the food quality sucks…. Looks like they threw the bag around a few times to make sure nothing was even inside the sandwich…. Very unhappy!
I would give a lower score if I could I ordered online my order was cancelled mid delivery I could see by tracker it was picked up from 200 Crown Street Wollongong yet I was charged no way to contact store as phone number disconnected.would like contact by Manager to get refund.
Dont order on the app. Showed them the receipt and location and they just say its not their store and dont give the order
