Paid cash on 10th of July 2025, around 6.30pm. Scanned my Sub app. Zero points awarded, and no receipt offered or provided. Had to call out to staff to serve me because they were too busy gossiping out the back, during late night shopping. Attempted several times to communicate with head office. Incompetent customer service people are not addressing issues, but providing links that don't work. Had a great experience with tauila today. Super busy and she held down the store whilst also serving everyone with a huge smile. Happened last week and ill be pulling tomorrow

Terrible customer service from the girl at shift this afternoon. 28. 06.25 at 1.30 pm She just got mad and stopped serving the customer and ran inside . Never cane back and other employee had to pick up it from there and continue serving. Terribly train .

I ordered a sub from here over the weekend I have had the most violent food poisoning of my life! Do not recommend at all.
