I just got served by a lovely islander girl who recommended some great ideas to me great service from here very respectful and looked like she wanted to be there
1. Didnt have any bread other than rye (not that it tasted bad) 2. Failed to listen when i asked for a toastie also 3. Put the last 4 pieces of tomato on my sub then got a new tub from the back, came back and started serving someone else. 4. I asked for fresh tomato when i started to be served by the older man and he said “what” so i repeated myself and he took the end pieced of tomato off my sub and flicked them back in the fresh tomato tub the young guy just replaced. 5. Put on most stuff! It's lunch time and there is a line of 20 people with two staff on. The female staff member was doing her best but the guy was completely useless. Numerous people walked away from the queue, including myself. Manager, get it together!
I go here a lot because it's convenient for me, but I have been served many times and it continues to dissapoint, burnt bread, extremely long wait times, and incorrect items put in my sandwich (had to redo it three time because they kept getting it wrong) today, an unfairly cut 6 inch, I saw the sever toss up weather to put the noticeably big piece away and give me the smaller piece, which he did.
