I’ve given this store multiple chances before writing this review, but unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. Service is extremely slow, and communication with staff is often difficult. Simple requests aren’t followed properly, for example, when I asked for all salad options, I was still asked about each individual item before it was added, which made the process unnecessarily long and frustrating. Deliveries are always stone cold and sometimes its made right
Worst customer service ever, missing items in order everytime. When you call , first they hangup on any issue then they stop picking up your call. Worst experience
