We came here for lunch while on a family holiday. Maddie was awesome, so friendly and accomodating! It was good old fashioned customer service, a true “no problems, only solutions” attitude. Thank you for being so accommodating. (Our son has Autism and struggles to communicate with strangers, Maddie was amazing. Thank you)
The red haired lady that we had had bad attitude and manners , they were out of a lot of stuff and it was just sloppy
Shnitzel was cold, barely any cheese and left us to pay with card when we had cash
Poor service ,salad was warm and soggy and staff were rude and insulting but people in Ulverstone are like that.
Maddie was wonderful- great service and very friendly. Made our day.
