Overall not bad. Veggies could have been more fresh. Store did smell good and service was prompt and respectful!
Worst Subway I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering. I ordered via the app and they marked that the order was picked up when I never picked it up because I needed them to cancel the order because the wrong location was selected. That was Feb 13th, it’s now March 9th. No product, no money, and the greedy little company refuses to answer the phone. I live in south Alabama.
They're only getting 1 star, so I can leave the review. WORST customer service. I had to repeat myself 5 times before I finally asked her to get off the phone and take my order. I finally got aggravated and told her not to worry about it. I'm sorry this is the only Subway in Quitman
Do not go to this Subway. Very rude customer service and the store is filthy. Before they finished making my sandwich I was disgusted and walked out. Will never visit this subway ever again.
