The food was as expected, but the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. 3 employees were working at the same time, possibly training the one making my sandwich. This was the longest I have ever waited for a sandwich that is on their menu. I noticed early on that the lettuce container was empty. So I asked the guys, who were just standing and watching this girl make my sandwich, if they had more lettuce, to which they both replied yes, but neither one went for it. Ordered food online for pickup ahead of time and when we arrived at the restaurant they had not even started to prepare the order yet. We had two subs total so it’s not like it was a lot of food and they said they had a rush of people but they had two staff on. To me they showed absolutely no consideration for the customer or the “subway standard”. I will be telling others not to go here and hopefully the slower business will speed up their service times.
The person making our sandwiches was really nice
