Closes early and never have enough of what you want
Went here at 11.36am to order a sub. There was 3 customers ahead of me. I had an appointment in Newcastle at 12.30pm and figured it would be quicker to get subway than fish and chips down the road. Wish I read the reviews first. I was served at 12.15pm and left the shop at 12.19pm. Absolutely insane. I had a really disappointing experience at the Swansea Subway today that has left me reconsidering my loyalty to this location. I've been a regular customer for over a year, always enjoying my visits without any issues. However, today was a different story. The customer service was downright terrible. I was overcharged, which was frustrating enough, but the woman behind the counter added to my frustration with her rude demeanor. same kids from Belmont work at this store. Terriblely slow with delivery people even though there are no any other orders execept deliveries. Little blonde guy is the worst.
Worst experience today, the guy serving me had no personality was like talking to a brick wall, also what subway has no lettuce?? he wrapped up my subway and hadn't even put the meat on my sub. I said to him um did you put the meat on it and realised he hadn't and didn't even apologise lol pretty disappointed to say the least
