My son wanted subways for his bday and we all went to subways to get meals for us (there was 6 of us)....and this bloke abused us saying it was too much for him and we should have ordered a platter! Sorry we all wanted different stuff! Isn't this meant to be a normal thing to get separate meals! Never again!
The young boy working there tonight around 6.30pm 25 September is very rude and disrespectful. He would not make a order he said he had no merchandise and I could clearly see that he did. He basically did not want to do his job. His tone of voice is very rude. I see from other reviews it's an ongoing thing with him. I took my business elsewhere.
Posting Went in today (9th sept) around 5pmwith my grandaughter and the guy who was serving was soo rude, kept cutting me off when trying to say something and had no manners about him .. was very tight with everything i asked to be put on my wraps, basically threw the wraps into the toaster after slamming it open and when i asked for the cookie that went with my order he proceeded to tell me there was none. When i could clearly see the cookies.. i will not be going back there
Very rude poor customer service food was cold it wasn’t even hot enough for the cheese to melt or the chicken to heat up was completely cold worst place to order food never again why work in customer service if you simply can not it?
