Great place nice
That store has the rudest ppl working there..the manager never smiles and it unfit to work there...went in there tried to use coupon on the app the girl at the counter complained because I got confused..went to the manager said I was rude ..I will never go there again ..the only few decent is a lady name Donna and a guy named Skylar ..
Restaurant is always clean and staff is friendly.
Food is amazing. Service wasn’t so good. I live in the wittmann area and every time i go it’s mainly the same elder lady who takes my order. She always has attitude and talks like she doesn’t want to be there. her customer service is unacceptable. Even when somebody from my household or a friend goes there she always has an attitude. I don’t know what her problem is, but it needs to be fixed.
I'm gonna put them in the middle of the road. Sometimes our orders are correct. Sometimes their not. Like tonight. We order here frequently when we aren't feeling good. Our orders are nearly $100 each time. For $100 dollars i would like my order to be correct. I have attached tonight's order issue. I ordered a chicken teriyaki with EXTRA sauce. There's barely any sauce to speak of on this poor sandwich. Also missing cucumbers. There were other mistakes on other sandwiches but mine was the most glaring. And it's a repeat prob... read more
